I am so grateful for the wonderful people who create these offers for my body and mind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I lean hard on my&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/insighttimer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">insight timer app<\/a>!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s got an incredibly attractive interface and a TON of free meditations, talks and workshops to browse. You can find your favorites and save them, listen to them over and over for some killer sleep support, general relaxation and learning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other apps you might want&nbsp; to try are&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=1919439341&amp;utm_content=68065219102&amp;utm_term=409649586657&amp;headspace&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjwuL_8BRCXARIsAGiC51DSLvzdboCHJINDMh2tSItXAZNXtRbcgkRhoBNzV8v9_u02YQJdJCoaAqgdEALw_wcB\">Headspace<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.calm.com\/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwuL_8BRCXARIsAGiC51DbS483KUMaQPHfcUH4ddzSA9H52dVolwn_gxiifjXCzQOqmKsbAQEaAj7vEALw_wcB\">Calm<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And here is\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gXDMoiEkyuQ\" target=\"_blank\">my very favorite thing to watch\/listen<\/a>\u00a0when I need to shift my mindset.
